Remember that we are the largest free online dating service, so you will never have to pay a dime to meet your soulmate. I have been on POF for a few months and I just thought I'd try evow. I've had , perhaps a handful of e-mails in the two weeks since I decided to check it out. Reading these posts, I don't think many of you are reading the post early on in the thread . AND can you not realise that its a very new site so how do you expect the same numbers that you would have on other established sites? Eventually, I did sign up for a free account and answered all the required questions. To ensure that e Vow remains dedicated to users seeking long-term relationships ONLY, we cannot provide you with an account." So, when joing, make sure you answer them correctly! I joined when this first came up, a couple of weeks ago, so far I've had messages from two somewhat obvious scammers and a handful of 'lookers' who totally miss the point of profiles - ho hum.......... Even if you go through the stages to delete your account, it never goes (I've tried on several occasions).
Yes it looks like the site was down, I never got email notifications of new messages until just now when I had 10, I thought it was an error and they sent the all for one message but I've had 10 different messages. For some reason, my account has been denied because of "a" question not answered correctly which I am not aware of. I'm just not logging in anymore in the hope that this automatically causes deletion of account. I've noticed everyone who's viewed me on there are the same crowd who're on POF, and there appears to be no new blood so to speak - perhaps there might be if it were advertised on sites other than POF...
